OUR PURPOSE

Promoting inclusivity, improving accessibility

At IncluPsych, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality psychological services. That's why we're dedicated to promoting inclusivity and making our services accessible to all regardless of ability, gender, or financial ability. Whether you're an adult with disability or their caregiver experiencing challenges, or someone who's struggling to access psychological support due to constraints, we're here with you on your journey towards healing and growth.

WHAT GUIDES US

At IncluPsych Services, our mission is simple yet powerful:

To improve access to quality mental health support for all, especially for individuals and communities who face challenges in accessing care.

We are guided by three core values:

  • Inclusivity: We recognize and celebrate the uniqueness of every individual, offering a safe and welcoming space for people of all identities, backgrounds, and abilities.

  • Accessibility: We are committed to removing barriers—physical, financial, and emotional—that prevent people from receiving the mental health care they deserve.

  • Empathy: We listen deeply, meet clients where they are, and walk alongside them with understanding, compassion, and respect.

At IncluPsych, mental health care is a right, not a privilege.

My passion for mental health comes from a simple but enduring belief: Everyone deserves to feel understood, supported, and empowered to live meaningfully, even in the face of obstacles.

Over the years of my practice, I witnessed how mental health struggles could often go unseen and unsupported, especially among men, people living with disabilities, and those navigating invisible challenges. I realized early on that emotional pain can be just as profound—and in need of healing—as physical pain.

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey, and I value the therapeutic relationship that I build with every client. I bring evidence-based approaches while honoring each client’s lived experiences, cultural background, and personal goals. Above all, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to write the next chapter of their life story—on their terms.

As a ‘fellow traveler’ on the journey of life, I work alongside clients to make things better, a little at a time. I believe that efforts towards mental wellness need to go beyond just treating mental health problems. Where possible, I work together with clients to improve their lives holistically, as well as promote positive mental health.

I am comfortable conducting sessions in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and enjoy working with clients of diverse backgrounds.
